Our Solid Oak Frame Doors are all bespoke, made to measure.
Construction / Design – Frame Doors have a surround frame usually between 40mm up to 70mm in thickness. This consists of 2 side rails, a top rail and deep bottom rail
1″ solid oak centre boards are then fixed into the rails leaving all boards flush in line on it’s front face and a recess on the back, allowing for the difference in thickness. All centre boards are filleted and fixed with oak floating tongs.
These frame doors can also be manufactured double skin, so both sides look the same.
We can produce Frame Doors from architects drawings, or any ideas the customer may have regarding their individual project.
All Frame doors can be made with or without glass and can be stained in light, medium or dark.
